One sheet wonder cards

I always like a challange and the One Sheet Wonder projects I noticed on internet amazed me each time. I created a pattern from a 12x12" or 30,5 x 30,5 cm. At the end of this blog you will find the pattern for you to download. Feel free to use it for your personal use or during a workshop. Just mention my blog and say Hello from Melinda from Holland to your learners :)

The sheet is from the designer series Affectionately Yours in combination with Nights of Navy and Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzass cardstock. With reference to the pattern below, above 2 cards are made from secions X (left) and card X (right). And below 2 cards from sections x (left) and X (right).

Ik hou altijd wel van een uitdaging en de kaarten van een One Sheet Wonder is er eentje van. Uit een vel van 12x12" of 30.5 x 30.5 cm snij je verschillende delen waarmee je zo veel mogelijk kaarten maakt. Beneden aan dit blog vind je het patroon en voel je vrij om deze te gebruiken voor jezelf of tijdens een workshop, zolang je je workshoppers maar de hartelijke groeten doet van Melinda.

Het vel wat ik heb uitgekozen is van de Designer Series Affrectionately Yours in combinatie met Nights of Navy, Daffodil Delight en Pear Pizzass cardstock. De eerste twee kaarten van de foto hierboven zijn gemaakt met sectie X (kaart links) en sectie X (kaart rechts). Kaart drie (links) met sectie X en kaart vier met sectie X (rechts).

Above 2 cards are made from section X (left card) and section X (right card). I used several of my favorite stamps; Beautiful Banners, One Wild Ride, Wild about Flowers, Time of Year, Gift of Love, Garden in Bloom. The cut outs are from the set Botanical Builder Framelits Dies.

Bovenstaande 2 kaarten zijn gemaakt van sectie X (linker kaart) en sectie X (rechter kaart). Ik heb diverse van mijn favoriete stempelsets gebruikt; Beautiful Banners, One Wild Ride, Wild about Flowers, Time of Year, Gift of Love, Garden in Bloom. De stansjes zijn van de set Botanical Builder Framelits Dies.

Het envelopje (sectie X) is gestanst met de Thinlit set Mini Treat bag. Het rechterkaartje past er precies in sectie( X). Ik heb hier de achterkant gebruikt van de designer series Affectionately Yours. Ik heb beide kaartjes versierd met de Florish Thinlits Dies.

I made the envelope (sectie X) with the Thinlit set Mini Treat Bag. The card on the right fits perfectly in the envelope (sectie X). I used the back of the designer series Affectionately Yours. I decorated both items with the Florish Thinlits Dies.

While making these cards I kept in mind that projects should not be too difficult. This was also challenging to me as my project normally go beyond basic stamping. The left card section X is embossed with Copper. I love this combination. I used the large flower from the Garden in Bloom stampset.The right card (section X) I embossed the greeting Always" also with Copper embossing powder.

Het doel voor mij was om de kaarten eenvoudig te houden en niet te moeilijke technieken. Op zich al een uitdaging voor mij omdat ik normaal gesproken wel van een uitdaging hou. De linker kaart, gemaakt met sectie X heb ik gestempeld met de Garden in Bloom stempel en daarna geembossed met Copper Embossing powder. De rechter kaart (sectie X) is door z'n eenvoudig prachtig geworden. De tekst Always heb ik ook geembossed met Copper Embossing powder.
